We are looking for a new Route Coordinator to join our team this summer. 

Here are some of the qualities we look for in our Route Coordinator’s:

• Ability to manage and lead a crew, displaying strong leadership skills
• Ability to assess needs of crew and customers, adjusting operations as needed
• Ability to plan and execute a sales route
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Being a self-starter
• Knowledge of fundamental retail operations
• Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment
• Willing to work 6 days a week through the summer

As a Route Coordinator a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading trucks
• Utilizing load charts/logging inventory in/out
• Daily communication with crew and Warehouse staff
• Maintaining a weekly itinerary
• Comprehension and utilization of sales terminals, picking orders, truck, and line
• Using fundamental product knowledge
• Accurately handle POS operations
• Handling and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 50 pounds
• Maintaining a high level of customer service, while providing our customers with the best fruit they’ll ever eat!

What requirements we looking for: 

• Licensed CDL A Driver (preferably an owner operator)
• Experience in a management or supervisory role
• Background in retail sales
